Your English is much better than my Italian, even tho I used to speak it as a kid, but anyways.

If you mean that the cylinder just spins in the lock?

You could always drill out the lock and then just purchase a new cylinder.

It might mean having 2 keys for the bike or you could have a locksmith try and key the new lock to the ignition.

Dear SnoBrdr (it doesn't seem italian) thank'you for your advice, I solved by myself. I punched the cover and it was magically released. I discovered that one spring of the mechanism was missing, broken. I replaced it and it works.
I will write in Italian for you.
Caro SnoBdr (non sembra italiano) grazie per il consiglio, ho risolto da solo, ho dato un pugno sul coperchio e si e' magicamente aperto. Ho scoperto che mancava una molla dal meccanismo, rotta. L'ho rimpiazzata e funziona.
Ciao
