Hi,
On a Windjammer SS (I think it's a model 4?) I've got a question about the side pockets on the front fairing.....are they supposed to have compartments like a glove box? I think on the regular Honda fairings they're real little storage compartments but on my new to me 1000 with the full windjammer front fairing it's got the little covers - the left side soft leather snap-on one and the right hard plastic locking one - but when you get below them it's just the full open inside of the fairing, no compartment. I've got access to the speakers and internal cabling which is good I guess but I'm surprised neither have at least a removable storage compartment? A web search didn't turn anything up.

Re: Fairing question
The Windjamer 4 on my 1100 is the same way, same as the one I had on my '77 GL1000, and the old Suzuki. Pretty sure that's the way they come.
