Fuel pump gaskets?

In the process of replacing my fuel pump I have a question about gaskets. After removing the fuel pump, it has the usual insulator unit and also appears to have a thin gasket on either side of the insulator. Looking at OEM parts lists, there doesn't seem to be anything between the fuel pump and the fuel pump cover except for the single insulator. Are there supposed to be extra sealing gaskets on either side of the insulator or not?

Those type of insulators often come with those two gaskets preinstalled.
