Would appreciate any advice on what is the best HT lead to use on a 75 GL1000. Lead I have looked at held by local suppliers, does not seem to have a secondary protective cover.
I am guessing this does matter, as without the lead on its own would not be held in place by the plastic clips above the plugs?

Should have said, it has electronic ignition not points.
