When does it come out of first? When you accelerate? When you decelerate? Or when you're just cruising at a set speed?

Bikes jumping out of gear is usually due to worn dogs on the gears, but it is VERY rare to have this on 1st gear!! As Admin asks, when does it jump out? It could be that your gear lever pedal is incorrectly adjusted and is not allowing the 1st gear to fully engage, but if you can tell us what you are doing when it jumps out of gear, we will have a better idea of what to look for.

It is easier to fall out of a gear when engaged but coasting, ie a reduction but not elimination of the throttle. This does not usually happen in first gear unless in parade mode, so we do need more information.
