Naked Wing - Finding a way out of the electrical wire mayhem
I was wondering how the hell I can tackle the electrical portion of my naked goldwing gl1000 1977 model. Theres so many wires and I havent a clue where they go.

the wiring diagram does help but, use the images in the repair manual to cross-reference parts to wires. If you are using other parts things wont exactly match up but you will be a wire pro after you tackle redoing the harness. I found sixteen different burned spots in my harness along with 2 burned moladex connectors . I had found a better harness on ebay, and still took it apart to make sure that it was in good shape. i lucked out and replaced one of the new connectors with one of the undamaged old ones. good luck
