Randell Washington has a great write up on this site Randakk's Cycle Shack. He is an early wing guru and I wish I had the exact link under the fuel system technical bulletins a petcock repair detail.

I'm pretty sure that the o-rings used between the fuel petcock and gas tank are the same as the Carb-to-Plenum o-rings used between each carb and the central air plenum. If you've ever done a carb rebuild and happened to keep you're used parts you could probably get by with a used one. If not Randakk sells a Petcock Repair Kit with the o-rings in it for $16.00 (shipping included).
