78 GL1000 Winter Projects- Need Advice
I'm wanting to replace the timing belt and my front tire this winter. Any suggestions would be welcome for a newbie as myself.

I replaced the belts on my 78 this past spring. Best advice I can tell you is to not be in any hurry. Read the link above, print out the directions to have beside you while you work and be sure all of your marks line up like they are suppose to when you get done. It's not a hard job to do and can be done in under an hour. Good luck.
