Is this why my clock stopped working?

Clock stopped working last season. With not much luck finding a new one I finally decided to take mine apart. I'm thinking this leaky cap is the issue?

Not sure if that's a leaked capacitor or glue sticking it down. Can you take a picture showing the top of it? Normally the top of the capacitor will bulge out, and the leak will show there.

Looks to me like the top is also bulging and leaking.

I believe the white on top is the glue since it’s on most of the components. After taking out the cap and looking at the bottom I am 90% certain it’s a leak. The wrapping bubbles a bit where the orange mess came out. Swapped with a new cap and she works! Also had a blow fuse (in addition to my gauge/tail lite blown fuse) that made trouble shooting a bit more than it should have been. After replacing the cap It still wasn’t working when I connected red to red (always on) but would work with the key turned when the red was connected to the brown. Which led me to look at fuses.

Now to double check the mess that’s in the fairing and get that sorted
