don't know BUT..you can buy that manifold for $100 and VW carbs for under $90 both on ebay..add a filter for $20? So I'd say build your own kit..also he doesn't say what VW carb he's selling..
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE

FAIR WINDS,

I have what looks exactly the same on my 79 engine/78 frame. Dependable, I run to North Carolina/ fort Laud every couple of months, runs great. Not fast for a bike. Quick. Top end about 95. But I travel 75/80 for hours, no prob.
One thing, the original settings they give you? On the big screw was fine, but I had to start about 1 full turn past where they said, takes a while to "feel" the right place.
Worth the trouble if not in a hurry, you never have to deal with the carbs again...but when you run out of gas, you run out of gas, no one carb at a time warning crap!
