Fuse compatibility

I have a lot of 30a and some 10a glass fuses I need 5a the cover shows would 30 or 10 be a problem?

The store has lots of fuses in many different amp ratings. Go there if you need a 5 amp fuse. You do not want to over fuse a circuit, EVER. If it calls for a 5, use a 5.

Basically if you use a higher rated fuse you could burn tHE wires if there is a problem in that circuit..if no problems it would work fine..but you are defeating the whole purpose of a fuse..DON'T DO IT...

PS IF YOU BLEW THAT FUSE YOU PROBABLY HAVE A PROBLEM...
HAD LOTS OF GOLDWING 75-83
NOW INTO 1500'S..RIDING A 1998 SE
