Clutch Movement

Post by jasncab »

I need help determining if my clutch is ok.

I just picked up the bike and want to start it up.
It had been dropped and the clutch cable broke at the handle.

If I move the clutch lever by hand (the cable is still attached) how much movement should I expect?

Would someone be willing to send me a video of the movement of the lever?

It is neutral. I can start it when I am ready, but I might do a rebuild of the clutch if needed.

What am I not considering?
