Interstate Backrest Pads
Hi GL1100 owners. I need to know if the passenger backrest pad attached to the trunks on 1980-82 Interstates are all the same part and interchangeable across all 3 years of that model. I have a chance to pick up a perfect condition used 1982 Interstate backrest pad to replace my ripped 1980 Interstate trunk backrest pad. Thanks for any help with this.

Re: Interstate Backrest Pads
Thanks. I was hoping you would be someone who replied. You know a lot about these bikes. The Aspencade pads are different than the Interstate pads for sure, and the trunk lids on 80-82 Interstates are the same so I think the pads must be the same. Thanks for trying to help me RBGERSON.
