Led brake lights

Post by chris22indy@att.net »

I purchased some led bulbs for my brake lights but they do not get brighter when the brake is pressed. I left the conventional bulb in one side and the led flashes but doesn't go to the second stage. Is there a trick I'm missing? Are LEDS not plug and play on these old bikes? I did a search but didn't find anything.

There are a myriad of LED bulbs flooding the market. Not are are equal in output nor quality.
We have no idea which ones you bought. Post a picture of them and a link of the ad to read the specs are necessary to get a good answer.
