alt conversion kit

Post by Chewy »

Does anyone have any leads for a 3 inch 3 rib pulley that will not kill my wallet? I've been looking for one for a month and haven't been able to find one. Any help is welcome.

this build goes for 15 pages with lots of pictures

IIRC, he discussed how he handled the pulleys

this thread also has a lot of pictures, many posts.

I don't read these threads for you, I just bookmark everything of interest.

this is for a gl1200, but lots of picture links, an alternator pulley is a pulley, so the info is good.

I have everything except the 3 or 4 inch pulley for the crankshaft. That is the only piece that I cannot find.
