Not fireing on 3 and 4 selender

I have issue with the wires but not the yellow ones but the other group next to them white, blue yellow and another white I think not sure what they go too I got bike running and began to test the first white wire at the plug and bike started running fine cut bike on and off few times still great charge at idle is 12.60 goes up when reff up so I was going take for test ride and after put tank and seat back on ran bad again wanted to die so I pushed on wires like before ran better question is you think it's bad plug or ground n wire or what this wire goes to is bad and if it's bad where and what is it that it goes to thanks for help
