How much does an 1982 GL1100A weigh?
I find to many different answers.
I will take it to a certified scale when I am done with it.
Reason is I am going to buy a Motorcycle Table Lift but they come in different capacity ratings.
Do not want to spend more money than what I need.
Thank you

Dry weight for the 1982 Aspencade, according to Honda, is 702 lbs. Add fuel and fluids, you're up around 750 lbs. I always have tools, gear, etc. in my bike as well, so I'd add maybe another 50 lbs to be safe to that.Kevin C wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 12:25 pm How much does an 1982 GL1100A weigh?

I always assumed my 82 Aspencade was 800 lbs, for weighing purposes.
When buying a table lift, pay attention to the length - many table lifts are not long enough to safely hold a Goldwing.

With something like a lift, extra capacity is always beneficial.
