Rear Shocks leaked

Post by Wingnut137 »

I put about 10psi in what I assume is the stock rear shocks on my gl1100 after a bit of riding I parked it my garage on the center stand. I went back out the next morning and found that the oil had leaked from the left rear shock. I checked air valve for the rear shocks and when i let the pressure out oil came out of the valve as well. What would cause oil to come out of the air fill valve?

Sounds like your seal is shot. It is very simple to change it out.
