Led flasher
I've been looking and cannot find any information on how to hook up the three wires for a three prong LED flasher. I currently have a two prong mechanical flasher with regular bulbs. I intend on doing a full LED conversion but want to know how to hook up the three wires for the new flasher. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The third prong is just for ground.Chewy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 17, 2020 2:51 am I've been looking and cannot find any information on how to hook up the three wires for a three prong LED flasher. Two prong flasher has +12V and output to the lights.
Three prong flasher has +12V, output to the lights, and ground.
If you look on your 1100, there should be a green wire near the flasher not connected to anything, that can be connected to your ground terminal on the three prong flasher.

Re: Led flasher
It depends on the flasher. Some require it, some don't. Flashers that run LEDs, that are electronic inside, almost always require a ground wire.
