pilot jet o rings ?
I took my carbs out to clean and the o rings are rotten to the mixture screw on bottom of carb bowl. I bought a metric o ring set and the smallest size is a 6 but its still to big. Anyone replace the o rings with just regular ones from hardware store? Or do I have to buy rebuild kits just to get them tiny o rings? any one know the # o ring I can buy that will fit?

Thanks so much I appreciate it. Would have never found this on my own and that's what I need. Can you run it without them are they just to keep the jet from moving or would it leak gas?

Ok my orders in don't want no leaks. About a year ago I was working on my first set of carbs and lost one of the washers never to be seen again.Told a guy I work with and he brought a bunch of tiny washers he said came out of a old vcr he had stripped for the hardware off of it. Fit perfect and worked saved me from having to buy one of those kits which was the only way you could buy them. Told him you saved me 20 bucks. Also went to napa parts store this afternoon and no luck finding them there. Pretty sure Honda shop has them or could get them but I doubt they would be 80 cents a piece thanks again.
