Ok so I’m back. I was asking a similar question a while back but after swapping the intake elbows and new intake O-rings along with a carb sync the issue changed a little and became more predictable.
Bike idles well and will pull through the power band but when I hit full throttle one cylinder misses. It doesn’t come unless I back out of the throttle and then re-engage. I have full straight pipes and K&N air filter. The issues started after I jetted the carbs properly for my set up.
I have plugged the vacuum advance, tested my fuel pump, checked my flow from the tank. Nothing seems to correct the issue.
While I had the carbs apart I noticed some scoring on the slides, I burnished them with tin foil as I read on a few sites to knock off the high spots but not further score them, is there something else I can try before pulling the carbs again?

Well, I did some blood hounding of your other post(where this should have been added to so all the information would be contained for all to read to help in diagnostic replies....), looking at your profile to see what bike you are working on, you have a 78 frame with an 83 1100 motor in it?
My first question is, did the vacuum advancer get bent on the 83 motor getting taken out or putting in? If bent, it will not operate properly and will need straightening out and tested.
Have you done a vacuum test on the advancer to be sure it is operating properly? You can just use your mouth suction to watch the arm movement.
Did you do the engine swap out?
Have you done leak testing of all the intake rubbers and o-rings with short shots of carb cleaner to verify no leakage?
How did you clean the carbs? Spray cleaning only?
If you put carb kits in? What kits did you use specifically?
You said you cleaned up the slides, did you keep them in the same carb they came out of and they slide smoothly?
Are the plastic rings on the top of the slide chamber/caps whole or broken?
