Another video(not by me) of rebuilding the stock Showa GL1100 rear shocks and replacing the old springs with Progressive springs.
He shows the part numbers for the seals and o-rings in the video.
The Progressive springs to order are Progressive Suspension Spring (Kit D) 00-1170
