fairing
my 82 interstate fairing has some cracking in the inner shell,I guess you'd call it. while the outer shell is fine and does not feel at all weak. I just wonder if anyone might have an affordable good condition one preferably black for sale reasonable in the north Texas area.I'm riding it weekly and just considering a little TLC

Re: fairing
Buy some black abs glue and dry wall tape with holes. Put a coat of black abs along the cracks and then immediately put the tape over it. Put a couple of coats of the Black abs glue over it.
It will be as strong as the original and a lot cheaper.
