Rear rotor

my rear disc brake rotor has some grooves and a ridge , can these be turned down
and if so where and how ?

Thank you for the answer , pretty much what I expected , my rotor still has plenty of meat left all I see happening is the pads will pick up the grooves

I sent my rotors to TrueDisk LLC and they did a wonderful job resurfacing my rotors. $45 for resurfacing and $45 more if you want it drilled with cooling holes.
