1983 aspencade rear master cylinder
this has likely been covered, but i cant find any information on the subject. the master cylinder is toast on this project. has anyone found an aftermarket master cylinder (ebay, amazon, etc) to replace the oem version? i plan on unlinking the brakes so i am not worried about it using the steel tube type that is on the bike from factory. any info will be helpful. TIA

I just rebuilt mine about a month-and-a-half ago. It was a lot easier than fiddling around with the front master cylinder that's for sure. Very hard to find anything that is a direct swap that isn't the same as the factory master cylinder.

most people use a GL1800 rear master cylinder that requires making a simple flat bracket. the how-to might be on here or steve sanders goldwing site.
