What is this fuel or air bar on fuel bowl of Carb#3?

1983 GL1100. I removed and overhauled the carburetor bank but now, incredibly, I don't remember the tubing?? I disconnected from the fuel bowl of carb# 3. Would you please help me out to....remember?

Could it be the Vacuum advance hose attachment?
