Randakk's oil filter adapter question

Hello all, does anyone have the instructions/video to install Randakk's oil filter adapter? It's been removed from Randakk's site and I can't find anything else on Google or Youtube. I've got a hold of one for my 82 GL1100 but just the part, no instructions and don't understand what a pin arbor tool is or what it needs to be used for or, apparently, a workaround described on another site. Thanks!

I appreciate the info. it seems to make changing the filter a lot easier but is it really justified to spend 100 bucks for this adapter? I change the oil twice per year.
