is this gl1100 stuff

these pieces were in one of the baskets of my recent 1983 aspencade basket case purchase. my guess is that the ones on the top of the pic fell in there over the 9 years of basketeering. the ones on the bottom i suspect are gl1100 parts but i don't know where they mount . any help ?

I have an 83 interstate and I’ve never seen these before on my bike.

thanks bruce. i have never seen them on any of my 80, 81, or 82 interstates, so i thought it was A) an 83 thing or B) an aspencade thing or C) an aftermarket gew-gaw (there was lots of that on this bike) or D) something that fell into the parts bin during the 9 years of storage.
