I replaced my front fairing with the headlight. The replacement had the Clairton Radio and it still works I picked up an antenna now my problem is where and how to mount the antenna 83 Interstate

I found this antenna mount on eBay and from the pic I can not tell how to use it anyone familar with it

It bolts onto the trunk frame:
The antenna wire snakes out along it, and the antenna mounts in the hole at the end.
