I put new head gaskets on my 83 1100 just put it back together and put oil in but it's leaking out of the little weep hole under the waterpump.can anyone tell me why or what I did wrong

There's two shaft seals in the water pump, and the weep hole is between them.
One seal prevents coolant from reaching the weep hole, the other blocks engine oil.
Working on the heads won't have anything to do with water pump leakage.
If it isn't leaking too badly I'd just wait til riding season, once the engine has run some the seal may soften up and quit leaking. Otherwise you'll have a water pump job in your future.
