Front Master cylinder
I am a little baffled 83 interstate , my lever for the front brake left side was sticking a little when I pulled the lever in. I rebuilt the brake caliper and the master cylinder when I go to bleed it I get no resistance pulling in the lever I took the master cylinder apart again making sure everything was in the right order it was , I cleaned out the small return hole in the MC put it all back together tried bleeding again and still no pressure. I get brake fluid out of the bleeder valve it just dribbles out no pressure . I have checked every where and do not see any leaks and I got all the seals and the MC rebuild kit from Honda OEM . I also did the front right and left rear caliper and they pumped up and bled no problem ........ any thoughts I am at a loss

Bench bleed the master before installing it.

Re: Front Master cylinder
UPDATE ...... after taking apart the MC a few times I decided to look at the caliper and one piston was in all the way the other was out about an 1/8 of an inch so first I tried a simple fix put an old brake pad between the two new pads hit it with some air got both pistons in the same position put it all back together and was able to bleed the brake and get a good strong brake lever ..... then did the happy dance
