Fixing an old 1982 Gl1100A.
Air filter that came with bike is wrong one. Ordered correct one. Should arrive today.
Old one has a part number HM 463-AF. It's only 3 3/4 tall X 6 1/2 long x 4 3/4 wide.
Anyone know what this fits. Looks right for my bike but too short.

a quick google search shows that part number as an emgo aftermarket filter which is supposed to fit your bike. i have come across aftermarket filters that were a little too tall, but never too short ... so there's that.

review Honda parts diagram , make sure no rubber seals missing. sometimes the top cover gasket is compressed and will not allow
a tight fit. It fits into groove around the edge. If missing , fabricate a new one , the O>E are not listed as a stocked item.
