Need Help Fuel Line to Carbs

I'm replacing my stock fuel pump with the Airtex Honda Prelude pump. I also need to replace the fuel lines from the pump to the carbs. I've checked the diagrams fromHonda on BikeBandit, but I don't see--
1) fuel line from pump to the T about 6" long
2) Fuel line from T to right rear carb with 90 degree bend before carb
3) Fuel line from T to left rear carb with 90 degree bend before carb
It appears that most other lines may be available, but I don't see these fuel lines.
Looks like too sharp of bend for stiff fuel line I have.
Can any one help?
Thanks
Richy

Richy.....I just replaced fuel filter on my 1984, and in the process replaced some worn fuel lines. I did only the line from tank to filter, and from filter to pump. I had some left over 1/4 fuel line , purchased at NAPA. It is rated for fuel systems, except fuel injection. Perhaps you can go the same route? As to the 90 deg bends....originally the hose itself creates the bend, but I , as I am sure you too, would be worried about kinks. Maybe a brass , ribbed 90? Maybe you could find a nice chrome 90 deg bend online somewhere?
Not much help....just putting in my 2 cents :)

Hi Richy..
I just replaced all my fuel lines on my 86 Aspencade, And I purchased this stainless hose on ebay(-4 AN Braided Stainless Steel Fuel Line Hose 1500 PSI
Sold By The Foot !!! Buy 1 Foot Or 200 Feet .....Top-rated seller program -

I received the hose quickly. Installation was no problem other than the cuts and bruises from the stainless strands, and the tight work area.LOL
I just used the small stainless hose clamps, and the bends at the carbs transitioned well with no restrictions..The hardest part was getting the nut back on the fuel filter bracket on the frame....
I don't think that the hoses will ever need changing again...Well worth the saturday morning to install....
Good luck, Have a great riding season...Bob

I have found the 1/4in hose I had didn't mate to well at the carbs because the OD was to big for a good fit. Blocked by part of the carb body. And the clamp didn't help the matter. I think you can find some 5.5mm through one of the VW sites. Older bugs used that size, I think? Watch out when I think..... :o
As for the 90 bend, if you put a small spring in the hose at the bend it will keep it from kinking. I've used this trick before and it works well. Get one with a 1/4 OD and the fit should be just right to keep it from moving around till you get it hooked up.
I myself just reused the stock hose as it was still serviceable. Yes it's a form made hose for that applaction, but as you are aware Honda doesn't make a lot of replacement parts any longer for the older wing..... :(

WingAdmin has a, How-To, I believe, in the 1100 forum for braided hose replacement. You also might take those sections of hose to napa, or a friendly auto parts store, and see if they will take the time to match it up with something else. Good luck !

Yes, you can see it here: How to replace your fuel lines. I used standard 1/4" braided line, and had no problem taking up the excess size with a good, quality stainless clamp. No leaks after years of use.
