sluggish running 1200

My 1200 had been running okay....then
just it just started running real sluggish and gets worse as you try to excellerate, I tried sea foam no change.
Baffled

The easiest thing to look at first are the carb slides.It only takes one bad/stuck slide to dog the engine.
Remove the air cleaner..Using a flashlight and a small angle mounted mirror down in the bottom of the plenub box,Watch each slide action as you blip the throttle.They should bounce up a bit each time the rpm is rapped up.Look at each one at a time and see if they all move about the same amount.
