Swapping exhausts

Hey guys,

I am working on a 1984 GL1200 Aspencade and I am wondering if I can swap the exhausts from my 1983 GL1100 Interstate.
Reasons behind the swap, the sound and the general condition of the exhausts on my Interstate.

Any advice would be welcome.
