Gl1200 Top Bolt for Mirror

Would anyone know where/how I can get 1 screw/bolt for the top hole on the mirror bracket to attch to the fairing on my 1985 GW Aspencade???
I have been searching online with no success.

Anxious to ride.

Just try to match it up at your local hardware store or your nearest Honda dealer, but they will be more expensive than the hardware store. :)

Good luck!

Might have to make something using the one from the other side as a pattern, Like take a long bolt same thread and then weld a nut with a tack so it's lower edge is same from end as your pattern's step. If threads allow it,you can thread the nut up onto it in position. If not, drill threads out of nut and slide it up on smooth portion of shank if needed before weld. Then use a grinder and round the nut down to same OD as the step portion of the pattern.

Thank you for the suggestions and replies. I'm pretty useless when it comes to mechanics. I wouldn't know where to start with making my own bolt. I will try the hardware store and dealer though.
