Who sells a rebuild kit for the 1200 engine? Would like to rebuild it while it's torn apart

Honda is going to be it, and they haven't made then for a long time, unfortunately.

Maybe its time someone took one of these engines clear down. Take the bearings and piston rings to a GOOD machinist. Motorcycle would be the best. Im sure someone could come up with something. Yes it will cost. And the best I find are the 60-80 yr. olds that cut there teeth on machine shop equipment. They maybe a little slow, but why they are still working. They love their work. :o
