turn the ignition on, press the front or rear buttons on console, a graded bar measure will appear on the instrument panel. it will indicate what air there is in front and rear suspension. press the increase or decrease buttons and there should be a change in the bars. dont overdo the increases check the manual for pressures.

turn the ignition key to park remove the cover over the valve stem on the console screw the hose on, and push the button beside the valve stem, you should hear the compressor start up, and small amount of air should be coming from the hose.

On an Aspy, that internal pump is absolutely essential to add air to the shocks and forks. I never use it to do my tires . Its a real hassle to re and re , and hard to find a working used one ....

Keep your eye out for a cheap ( $10 , often on sale ) pump for tires , from Canadian Tire, or Princess Auto .

Its small, It will inflate your tires , or basketballs, or camping mattresses, and save the on-board one for the shocks .

ok, so I pulled everything out, I managed to get the compressor running, but now it only runs for the front forks, the shocks don't get any air nor does the hose output, man is that system a pita to remove

If I may suggest, before installing, check the desiccant and filter.

ok, so it's been a long time since I posted in this post, but I found what was the problem with my compressor, the lower retaining bar, where the 2 screws go in to hold the button panel is broken, so I'm making a new one today.
