Stator replacement or repair in Ontario or Québec

3 years ago I acquired an 1987 Aspencade with 37,000 km (less than 25,000 miles) from a 93 years old gentleman... The stator is starting (no play on words intended here) to show weaknesses... I am looking for a person who could do this suppositely costly repair at a reasonnable cost anywhere near Ottawa, Montreal, Trois-Rivières, etc... If you have info on this please let me know at
