CB is stuck on channel 9, pushing buttons to no avail, when pushing talk, TX comes up and it does transmit. But will not change channels. What to do? Thanks in advance.

Firstly, soak every button , on the CB and on the handlebar controls with lots of good quality electrical contact cleaner.
Wait a day.
Repeat. Wiggle all knobs . Repeat . And a third time .

Secondly, dive into left glovebox , remove and clean , one at a time ( to keep them sorted out ), all connections and plugs .
Antennae, power supply , CB connections
Try CB again..
and ...
Finally ,if that doesn't work ...
Send it to Sierra Electronics :

CALLED SIERRA ELECTRONICS AFTER SENDING PANASONIC RADIO WHICH WAS STUCK ON A CHANNEL, WOULD NOT TUNE TO ANOTHER STATION, WAS TOLD THAT RADIO WAS FINE, BUT, GREEN WIRE (GROUND) WAS BROKEN, AND TO RESOLDER ANOTHER WIRE AND CONNECT TO CHASSIS. LOOKING AT WIRING SCHEMATIC, THERE APPEARS TO BE NO GREEN WIRE IN HANDLEBAR CONTROLLER. WAS ALSO TOLD THE CB PROBLEM WAS INTERNAL BUT AN EASY FIX FOR THEM. SORRY ABOUT ALL CAPS, DIDN'T REALYZE CAPS LOCK WAS ON. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
