Choke Control 1200 GL

I don't know if anyone else has done this but desperate times call for desperate measures. First off, I'm old school. I was weaned on SS 100s, Borgwards, and Facel Vegas. Recently, I put new master cylinders on my 85 (mostly) 1200 GL Interstate. Great price and after shimming them with strips from a "C" can they work great...except there was no provision for the oem choke cable. So, I cut the original bugger off the original master cylinder. I guess it could use some bondo but it came off with a dremel tool and a saws all. I used a belt sander to round off the pointy edges. I painted it and it's ok until spring. Probably won't do anything to it then either...to busy riding. Best wishes and thanks for the look see.
