I am going to post a video as soon as i can.
Background before i dive in, a year a go i was on here because my poor 82 Gold wing had a loud chirping noise at mid to high RPM. Got that fix! had a total rebuild done, bored 50 over on the engine, new pistons, rings, crank the whole nine yards. I rebuilt the Carbs with a randke(spelling sorry) carb rebuild kit with the instructions. very simple and easy and works beautifully! love it.
so the bike is finally home i road it today for the first time in a 13 months! beautiful ride, new tires new engine the ride is amazing! BUT there is always a but, there is a humming/sucking noise coming from the carburetors. It is hard to explain, it happens at low RPM 1000-1500 RPM, by 2,000 it has gone away and doesn't return till it slows down again.
Is it possible that because it has larger pistons now that it is sucking more air than the carb can handle? or what could it be?
Thank you in advance!

you can't hear it very well in the video. but it sounds like that clapping/clumping noise. it is most definitely coming from the carbs and not the engine.
