Front Wheel Bearing Spacer

Post by Garsmo »

Hello all. In trying to replace my front wheel bearings, I discovered that a previous owner has jacked up the spacer/collar in the hub between the bearings. (#6 here: https://www.partsfish.com/oemparts/a/ho ... ront-wheel) They are no longer available and I can't find a used one on eBay. Can someone possibly measure one and give me the dimensions so I can try to come up with a replacement. Also, I ran into a few from 80's Magnas on eBay. What is the chance that they may be a replacement, if the flange thing is removed from them? Thanks in advance for any info.

have you got onto www.GoldwingFacts.com yet?

"Bike and Dennis" has owned his 1200 since new, and he takes it apart every fall for a PM, almost 300,000 miles on it and still like new.

he can probably give you an answer.

he is the 3rd post down in this thread.
