I just replaced mine with a pair of Polk DB402, and the fit and sound great. They are also marine certified.

Nice deal on those.
You can put a cheap pair of speakers, but I wanted ones that would last, add to that the Polk is Marine certified it's a no-brainer in my book.
They fit and bolt right in, and fit behind the OEM covers if you leave off the ones that come with the Polks, they are also 4 ohms, high sensitivity.
I'm very happy with my choice, as I'm sure you'll be too.

PS the Polks come with small Polk logos I put them on the OEM grills as you can see below
