That's pretty vague. Have you checked for spark and fuel?

this is the symptoms if the battery has dropped to around 11 volts

There are a TON of folks here that will gladly walk you through the "starting" problems with your bike. Believe me when I say, "We've ALL been there, , DONE that, , , got the T-shirt to prove it".
+1 on what oldishwinger says, , , if left sitting a while, those batteries will drop below what you need to start the beast.
+1 on what Dave says, , , check for spark/fuel. Keep us up-to-date on your progress and you'll be riding again quicker than you think.
