1984,GL1200,,radio pinnout???

hi all
i am taking of this radio crap now,
i wonder if anyone have the pinnout of this special connector that is back of the radio or in the bike,i could use it for another
radio and

if i am taking it out,will the CB continue to worked??
i could install a better radio also in taking of all this thing and buy a regular radio .
