1984 seat foam replacement

I need to replace to cover on my OEM seat and those are easy to find. My question is, is there a replacement foam replacement or does it have to be made? 33 year old cushion is starting to degrade.

I had mine partly done by a seat shop/.. He replaced the yucky foam, carved out a chamber for a memory gel patch ( From a bicycle shop ) added a light (1/4 inch light foam cover to smooth out the edges and lumps, and then a new cover .

The memory gel makes all the difference .. I have several times done 800 to 900 km days with no discomfort..
