torque value of the camsbolt ????belt

hi all
well still working on my engine,
just finish my head valves,change all seals..
i am looking for the torque value of the 12mm nut bolt,about 1 ich long,that goes on the 4 inch pooley of the camshaft
i have found 20 lbs torque,,i am not su re one bit of this value.
