Of mice and me!!!

Post by walker70 »

Was getting everything ready to go back on and noticed that the mice have invaded my shop, they had made a nest in the right side pocket of the fairing,so I cleaned it out and checked the wiring because we all know if you live out in the country they are gonna be be there,so I have set traps out,it's just one of the drawbacks of country living. :D :D

I bought a live trap.Same problem.
She didn't want smooshed mice..
The nice checkout lady asked why would I want to trap them live..
I said that I give them to my neighbor...
She asked if they had a snake to feed them to....
I said " I don't know..I just let them loose next to there garage"...

Is that wrong? :D

It is only wrong if you do not like your neighbor. If you love your neighbor as yourself, then it is just funny.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

This may be well known, but I'll post it just in case some people have never heard of it.

I use Irish Spring soap to thwart of mice. Slice it into thin bits and place them all over on your bike. Up the exhaust too. AND use Bounce fabric softener sheets (It has to be Bounce brand, not knock off brands) and stuff all over the bike too. I do this for my riding lawnmower as well.

I was told long ago that these work. Maybe it is just and old wives tail, but I've not had any mice make a home in anything I've done this to.

Maybe give this a shot. Got nothing to lose but a couple bucks. Let us know if you try it and what results you had.
