Re-built the rear brakes on my 1985 Aspencade...caliper and the master cylinder and can't seem to bleed them ! Checked and re-checked the system and everything seems to be working as it should but can't get the pressure up on the caliper . There is 2 lines off the master cylinder..one to the caliper and one runs up under the false fuel tank . What is the purpose of the second one and could this cause some grief ?
I tried the simple bleed technique with no luck so bought a Vac pump for bleeding breaks and that didn't work any better ! So I tried the syringe method to push the break fluid through the bleed nipple up to the resivour , still nothing!
Any suggestions would be appreciated !

Re: Brake bleed issues...
The other line should go to the right front brake caliper. You should bleed the right front caliper and then bleed the rear caliper to get all the air out. The right front and rear are linked to the rear pedal.
